By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Products and prices<\/h2>\n<p>We strive to ensure that descriptions, photos, availability and prices are accurate. Minor variations in the color of the packaging or product display may occur due to screen, batch or lighting and do not constitute a defect if the product corresponds to the declaration. Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. The cost of delivery is displayed before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Order and conclusion of contract<\/h2>\n<p>The customer selects the product and quantity, enters the correct billing and shipping information, selects an available payment method and confirms the order. Automatic confirmation of receipt means that the order has been recorded. Lu\u010dka Olive may contact the customer to verify the data, availability or delivery. If the product is not available, the price is clearly incorrect or the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and, if applicable, the amount received will be refunded.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cash payment upon collection;<\/li>\n<li>payment to the business account of Lu\u010dka Organic DOO according to the instructions shown with the order;<\/li>\n<li>other electronic methods when technically possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the case of bank transfer, processing and sending can begin after the payment has been recorded. The buyer is responsible for any bank charges incurred by their bank.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The usual delivery time is <strong>2\u20133 business days<\/strong> from the order confirmation, or from the recording of payment when paying by bank transfer. The deadline is informative and may be longer due to remote locations, holidays, increased volume, weather conditions, force majeure or circumstances with the delivery service. The customer will be notified of any delay that significantly affects the order.<\/p>\n<p>The cost and available delivery options are displayed before the purchase is completed. The buyer is required to enter a complete and accurate address and contact phone number. The risk of accidental damage passes to the buyer when the buyer or a person designated by him takes delivery of the shipment.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Right of withdrawal and refund within 14 days<\/h2>\n<p>The buyer who is a consumer may, when provided for by the applicable rules on distance contracts, withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within <strong>14 days from receipt of product<\/strong>. The notice of withdrawal shall be sent by an unambiguous statement to <a href=\"mailto:office@luckaolive.me\">office@luckaolive.me<\/a>, along with the order number, customer name and the products being returned.<\/p>\n<p>The product must be returned without undue delay, undamaged, unused, in its original packaging and with the accompanying documentation, when reasonably necessary to establish the nature and condition of the product. The buyer may be liable for any diminution in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to check the product.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, except when the product is defective, incorrectly sent or Lu\u010dka Organic DOO has agreed to bear the cost. The refund will be made without undue delay, and at the latest within the legal deadline after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the product is received or proof that the product has been sent back.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply when the law provides for an exception, in particular for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>perishable goods or products with a short shelf life;<\/li>\n<li>sealed goods which, due to health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after opening;<\/li>\n<li>opened food, cosmetic or personal care products when they cannot be re-introduced into circulation for safety and hygiene reasons;<\/li>\n<li>products made to order or clearly personalized;<\/li>\n<li>other cases provided by the applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These exceptions do not limit the customer&#039;s rights when the product is defective, damaged or does not comply with the order.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Complaints and non-conformity<\/h2>\n<p>The buyer should inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any visible damage, shortages or incorrect product as soon as possible, along with photos of the packaging and product when available. Complaints are submitted via e-mail. <a href=\"mailto:office@luckaolive.me\">office@luckaolive.me<\/a> or phone <a href=\"tel:+38269443858\">+382 69 44 38 58<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint should include the order number, a description of the problem and the desired method of resolution. Lu\u010dka Organic DOO will confirm receipt and respond within the deadlines prescribed by applicable law. For a justified complaint, an appropriate measure will be offered, such as replacement, removal of the defect, price reduction or refund, in accordance with the nature of the product and the law.<\/p>\n<h2>9. User account<\/h2>\n<p>Purchases can be made as a guest or through a user account. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the storage of access data. Abuse of the account, site, content or ordering process is prohibited. Lu\u010dka Olive may restrict access in the event of fraud, security risk or serious violation of these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>Texts, photographs, graphics, logos, design and other content of the site are protected by intellectual property rights. Their copying, publication or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent, except where otherwise permitted by law.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>We do not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for interruptions or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, misuse of the site, incorrect customer information, or improper use of the product contrary to the label and instructions. Product content is not a substitute for medical advice.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Data protection<\/h2>\n<p>Data processing is arranged by us <a href=\"\/en\/politika-privatnosti\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, which forms an integral part of these conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Montenegro. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute by agreement. If agreement is not possible, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to the consumer&#039;s mandatory rights or the right to address a competent authority or mechanism for alternative consumer dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Changes to the terms and conditions<\/h2>\n<p>The current version is published on this page.
